Wholesale Terms & Conditions

In order to ensure a successful relationship with Canada Kitchens, we ask you to review the following outline of our policy as part of your account. Please read the following carefully. Thank you in advance for your assistance and cooperation with this effort.

Please note that Canada Kitchens reserves the right to change our terms & conditions at any time.

Dealers are responsible for ensuring all measurements, materials, quantities, etc., are accurate to fit their own projects. All orders through a dealer’s account will be assumed as self-installation. Canada Kitchens does not offer/provide project management or installation services.

  • All products are subject to availability and all pricing is subject to change. 
  • Actual wood stains or paint colours may vary from what you see electronically and in product materials. In addition, the natural characteristics of wood lend themselves to colour variations. This is also true when finishes are applied.
  • Product information, availability, prices and/or specifications are subject to change without notice. 
  • Natural wood may vary in texture, colour and wood grain and exhibit subtle changes as they age. For example: Wood joints may eventually have visible cracking around the joint area and cabinet colours may darken or lighten over time. Sunlight, smoke, moisture, household cleaners and other environmental conditions may cause materials to vary from their original colour and/or to warp, split or crack. These variations are not covered under this warranty.
  • Canada Kitchens offers free design assistance on your kitchen projects with every order. Your free design includes renderings, floor plans & elevations and one (1) revision. Addtional revisions will incur a $50 fee per revision.
  • Dealers are responsible for providing measurements and ensuring all final designs and final quotes/orders are accurate. Canada Kitchens is not responsible for any discrepancies. 

100% of payment is required before processing your order. 

Orders will incur a 10% administration fee if they are cancelled prior to orders being picked. Orders will incur a 25% restocking fee if they are cancelled after orders have been picked.

  • Returns must be received by Canada Kitchens within 30 days of purchase. 
  • All returns must be authorized by Canada Kitchens prior to return shipment. For authorization – please send an email request to customerservice@canadakitchens.ca
  • All items must be returned in original, unopened packaging. 
  • Qualifying returns will incur a 25% restocking fee and the credit will be made available as in-store credit only. Please allow 5-10 business days for your credit to be confirmed. 
  • We do not accept returns on trims, mouldings, fillers, panels or assembled cabinets.
  • Returns cannot be made after the item(s) have been modified, cut, assembled or installed.
  • Canada Kitchens is not responsible for return shipments costs. Any returned product deemed unsellable will not receive a credit.
  • To place a claim visit www.canadakitchens.ca/claims/.
  • Ck will cover one (1) shipping fee per order. Additional claims submitted for the same order, will incur additional shipping charges.
  • Please include photos of each item listed in your claim and reference each item code in the photos provided. Without this information your claim will not be accepted
  • When submitting your claim, we ask that you are as detailed as possible and you fill out all the information on the form to avoid delays in processing.
  • Missing items must be claimed within 5 days of receiving your order. 
  • Please note that if your claim has been approved, Canada Kitchens will try our best to have replacements available in a timely manner.
  • Expedited shipping services are not available for replacements/parts. Claims can take up to 7 business days or longer. 
  • Canada Kitchens cannot be held responsible for any labour costs accrued during the installation of any of its products sold via any of its channels of distribution. This includes, but is not limited to items that may be flawed or have become damaged during transit. 
  • Damaged materials that have been cut, modified, assembled, installed, or drilled for hardware will not be approved for replacement.
  •  IMPORTANT: All skid damages or product shortages must be reported on the POD (proof of delivery) – just the word “damage” written next to the name of the person who is receiving the goods.  (Please ensure to take a photo for proof  along with photos of the skid upon delivery).
  •  If the word damage is not recorded on the POD, please contact us within 24 hours.
  • Canada Kitchens will cover one (1) shipping fee per order. Additional claims submitted for the same order, will incur additional shipping charges.

  • For concealed damages, please include photos of each item listed in your claim and reference each item code in the photos provided. Without this information your claim will not be accepted.
  • Please note that if your claim has been approved, Canada Kitchens will try our best to have replacements available in a timely manner.
  •  Expedited shipping services are not available for replacements/parts. Claims can take up to 7 business days or longer.

  • Assembly is available for pick up orders only, additional fees will apply.
  • Assembly orders are to be specified before orders are finalized.
  • Lead times will vary. Assembly orders are final sale.
  • Assembled cabinets that have not been picked up on scheduled date will incur a storage fee of $150.00 per day.
  •  Customers will receive an email from our orders processing department as soon as we have a confirmed pick up date.
  •  Lead times will vary depending on colour selection and stock location.
  •  Please bring a copy of your order when you pick up.
  • During your pick up, please ensure all items are present and loaded onto your vehicle.
  • You will be required to sign off on all materials confirming you have received your full order. Canada Kitchens is not responsible for any missing items once they have been signed for.
  • Same day flat box pick up cancellations or for no-show orders, will incur a storage fee of $100 per day. The order is subject to being returned to inventory and additional lead times will apply.
  • If you have confirmed your pick up date and need to reschedule, please contact us minimum 1 week in advance to avoid additional storage fees.

*Please Note: We do not service pick-ups between the hours of 1:00PM to 2:00PM EST/MNT or 30 minutes before closing.

  •  All freight orders are packaged in individual boxes placed on a pallet(s) and shrink wrapped.
  •  Shipping charges must be paid for when your order is placed and will be calculated according to location. You will receive a tracking number from our order processing department once the order has been picked up and shipped by the freight company.
  •   All destinations must be tractor trailer accessible.
  •  For residential deliveries, the freight company will contact you to schedule the delivery (usually a 3-4 hour window. A liftgate for residential deliveries is available upon request for most locations. The driver is only responsible for placing the pallet on the ground for residential deliveries with lift gate services.
  •  Address classifications are based on city zoning, so it is possible to have a commercial property in a residential area. In this case the delivery would be residential.
  •  A responsible party must inspect upon delivery. If items are missing or visibly damaged, please inform the driver to make a note on the proof of delivery (POD). (Please see the missing and damaged items section for instructions on how to file a claim.)
  •  Shipping charges cover one delivery attempt only. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping and handling charges that may arise.
