Wholesale Terms & Conditions

In order to ensure a successful relationship with Canada Kitchens, we ask you to review the following outline of our policy as part of your account. Please read the following carefully. Thank you in advance for your assistance and cooperation with this effort.

Please note that Canada Kitchens reserves the right to change our terms & conditions at any time.

Dealers are responsible for ensuring all measurements, materials, quantities, etc., are accurate to fit their own projects. All orders through a dealer’s account will be assumed as self-installation. Canada Kitchens does not offer/provide installation to projects ordered through a dealers account.

  • All products are subject to availability and all pricing is subject to change. 
  • Actual wood stains or paint colours may vary from what you see electronically and in product materials. In addition, the natural characteristics of wood lend themselves to colour variations. This is also true when finishes are applied.
  • Product information, availability, prices and/or specifications are subject to change without notice. 
  • Natural wood may vary in texture, colour and wood grain and exhibit subtle changes as they age. For example: Wood joints may eventually have visible cracking around the joint area and cabinet colours may darken or lighten over time. Sunlight, smoke, moisture, household cleaners and other environmental conditions may cause materials to vary from their original colour and/or to warp, split or crack. These variations are not covered under this warranty.
  • Canada Kitchens offers free design assistance on your kitchen projects with every order. One of our design team members will assist you in creating layouts and renderings. 
  • Dealers are responsible for providing measurements and ensuring all final designs and final quotes/orders are accurate. Canada Kitchens is not responsible for any discrepancies. 
  • Design services are free with every purchase, however there is a required deposit for all designs. Once an order is placed the deposit will be credited towards the order. Inquire with your sales representative for design fees and processes.

100% of payment is required before processing your order. 

Orders will incur a 10% administration fee if they are cancelled prior to orders being picked. Orders will incur a 25% restocking fee if they are cancelled after orders have been picked.

  • Returns must be received by Canada Kitchens within 30 days of purchase. 
  • All returns must be authorized by Canada Kitchens prior to return shipment. For authorization – please send an email request to customerservice@canadakitchens.ca
  • All items must be returned in original, unopened packaging. 
  • Qualifying returns will incur a 25% restocking fee and the credit will be made available as in-store credit only. Please allow 5-10 business days for your credit to be confirmed. 
  • We do not accept returns on trims, mouldings, fillers, panels or assembled cabinets.
  • Returns cannot be made after the item(s) have been modified, cut, assembled or installed.
  • Canada Kitchens is not responsible for return shipments costs. Any returned product deemed unsellable will not receive a credit.
  • Please email customerservice@canadakitchens.ca to place a claim. Only one (1) claim form is accepted per order – please review your full order before submitting your final claim form. We ask that you are as detailed as possible and you fill out all the information on the form to avoid delays in processing. 
  • Please include photos of each item listed in your claim and reference each item code in the photos provided. Without this information your claim will not be accepted
  • Please note that if your claim has been approved, Canada Kitchens will try our best to have replacements available in a timely manner. Expedited shipping services are not available for replacements/parts. Claims can take up to 7 business days or longer. 
  • Canada Kitchens cannot be held responsible for any labour costs accrued during the installation of any of its products sold via any of its channels of distribution. This includes, but is not limited to items that may be flawed or have become damaged during transit. 
  • Damaged materials that have been cut, modified, assembled, installed, or drilled for hardware will not be approved for replacement.
  • IMPORTANT: Missing or Damaged Items due to shipping- Claims for obvious damages or shortage can only be accepted when indicated on the bill of lading (Please ensure to take a photo of the BOL with indication of damage along with photos of the skid).
  • To file a claim for damage or shortage of an item, please send an email to customerservice@canadakitchens.ca. Expedited shipping services are not available for replacements/parts. 
  • Canada Kitchens cannot be held responsible for any labour costs accrued during the installation of any of its products sold via any of its channels of distribution. This includes, but is not limited to items that may be flawed or have become damaged during transit. 
  • Damaged materials that have been cut, modified, assembled, installed, or drilled for hardware will not be approved for replacement.

Assembly is available for pick up orders only, additional fees will apply. Assembly orders are to be specified before orders are finalized. Please contact your Canada Kitchens representative for pricing on assembly.

  • Customers will be notified by their representative as soon as we have a confirmed pick up date. Lead times will vary depending on colour selection and stock location. 
  • The person responsible for picking up the order must ensure all items from the order has been loaded onto the vehicle. Please inquire with your representative on more specific lead times. 
  • Orders that have not been picked up within 5 business days of scheduled pick up will be returned to inventory and will incur a 25% restocking fee. The order will then be processed as a new order and standard lead times will apply. 
  •  If you wish to have delivery for your cabinets, please contact your Canada Kitchens representative to request a quotation.

Please Note: We do not service pick-ups between the hours of 1:00PM to 2:00PM EST/MNT or 30 minutes before closing.

  • All freight orders are packaged in individual boxes placed on a pallet(s) and shrink wrapped.
  • Shipping charges must be paid for when your order is placed and will be calculated according to location. You will receive a tracking number from your representative once the order has been picked up and shipped by the freight company.
  • All destinations must be tractor trailer accessible. For residential deliveries, the freight company will contact you 24 hours in advance to schedule the delivery (usually a 3-4 hour window. A liftgate for residential deliveries is available upon request for most locations. The driver is only responsible for placing the pallet on the ground for residential deliveries with lift gate services. 
  • Address classifications are based on city zoning, so it is possible to have a commercial property in a residential area. In this case the delivery would be residential. 
  • A responsible party must inspect upon delivery. If items are missing or visibly damaged, please inform the driver to make a note on the packing slip or bill of lading. (Please see the missing and damaged items section for instructions on how to file a claim.). 
  • Shipping charges cover one delivery attempt only. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping and handling charges that may arise.
