Submit a Claim

We want to make sure your claim is taken care of as quickly and effectively as possible! To help us do that, please make sure to read the following and include all information asked for on the claims form. 

  • Before submitting a claim, be sure to review our terms & conditions
  • IMPORTANT: Missing or damaged items due to shipping – Claims for obvious damages or shortage can only be accepted when indicated on the bill of lading (Please ensure to take a photo of the BOL with indication of damage along with photos of the skid.
  • Please review your full order before submitting a claim. Only one (1) claim form is accepted per order.
  • Modified or assembled items are not covered under warranty.
  • Claims can take up to 7 business days or longer.
  • Please claim all missing boxes, panels, trims, & mouldings within 5 days of receiving product.
  • Expedited shipping services are not available for replacements/parts.
  • P.O number must be provided for each item claimed (located on the box).
